Kiss your scale goodbye…
This is going to be a quick tip today…
Throw away your scale. I know that we’ve heard that the scale can be your friend and your enemy. I personally have been on both sides of the spectrum as a trainer but also as a person who has tried to lose weight and it’s far more effective to try on clothes that can’t fit you and see 4 weeks from the time how they fit.
You should be focused on losing fat and inches and not so much weight although with the correct training program and sound nutrition that can be something you can also get as a result of hard work and dedication.
Remember the scale while it can be your friend it seems to be a greater enemy. Focus on how you feel and look more so and don’t let the scale determine how successful you’re doing.

Yeaaa….I understand what you’re talking about. I heard that some women retain water during their period and the scale actually reflects that. So even though a woman might really be losing fat, the scale doesn’t reflect that because she’s retaining water and then she gets all depressed and blah blah blah. Using an outfit is a good idea….
