    I really gotta say I HATE these workouts. They are HARD. I must admit though that when I actually did do them regularly, I did see a difference in my butt and thighs. I’ll try to start again because they are worth it. But how many sets and reps do you recommend? I’m not really a beginner but I’m not so advanced either. Thanx geovanni!
